COVID-19 PROPERTY VIEWING POLICY AND PROCEDURES

 RE/MAX ROUGE RIVER REALTY LTD, BROKERAGE considers the health and welfare of our clients,

customers, salespeople, staff and community our top priority.

By signing this statement, you confirm your agreement and compliance with the following COVID-19 Policies and Procedures instituted by RE/MAX ROUGE RIVER REALTY LTD, BROKERAGE.
 

  1. I/we (Buyers) have not recently travelled outside Canada nor have been in contact with someone who has travelled outside the country in the past fourteen (14) days, and I/we have not been in contact with anyone confirmed or presumed to have tested for COCID-19.
     

  2. I/we (Buyers) are not displaying symptoms including fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing in the last 14 days.
     

  3. I/we (Sellers) agree to be out of the home for any showings/inspections.
     

  4. A maximum of two (2) Buyers and one (1) Buyer representative are permitted in the home per showing. Maximum three (3) people.
     

  5. A maximum of one (1) Buyer/Seller, one (1) Buyer/Seller representative and one (1) Service Provider can be in the home for any staging, photography, inspection etc.
     

  6. Showings/Revisits shall last a maximum of thirty (30) minutes inside the home.
     

  7. Buyers, Sales Representatives, Service Providers must wear gloves during the visit and must not touch anything in the home. The Sellers are instructed to leave on all interior lights and to leave open all closet and interior doors. These doors/lights are to be left on after showing/revisits/inspection etc.
